Because of the community support, Joliet Area Community Hospice was able to build the first Hospice Home in the State of Illinois, bringing cutting edge hospice care to our area. The staff at Joliet Area Community Hospice go above and beyond the call of duty to meet the needs of both patient and family as they face the end of life looking at not only the physical and psychological needs, but also the environmental, social, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Annual Appeal 2014
Each day Joliet Area Community Hospice (JACH) journeys with patients and families facing serious illness and end-of-life issues. Gifts to JACH support our beautiful Hospice Home and help provide over $500,000 a year in charity care, community bereavement and pediatric hospice services. With donations received of just under $50,000, we are halfway to our 2014 Appeal goal! Thank you to all who have donated and to those who may do so in the future. Click here to make a donation today.
