Joliet Area Community Hospice cordially invites you to attend a Memorial Service to commemorate our patients who have died and the loved ones of our community members who attends our bereavement Programs. A candle lighting service will be included. We encourage everyone to bring photographs, preferably framed, which will be displayed during the service.
