At Joliet Area Community Hospice (JACH), we understand the unique concerns of those grieving. Our grief support programs help you:
- Share your grief journey
- Understand common grief reactions
- Begin to heal and start to feel like yourself again
- Grow through listening and supporting others
Joliet Area Community Hospice’s Bereavement Program is available to both hospice families and community members who are coping with the death of a loved one.
Services Offered:
Due to current CDC recommendations, all workshops and support groups held in person will be postponed. Our Grief Support team will be hosting virtual support groups. Please reach out to Patrice Martin at 815.740.4104 with questions.
Individual and Family Grief Counseling
Losing a loved one can have a profound effect on our emotions, thoughts and functioning, as well as on our family. Debriefing the death of a loved one with a Bereavement Counselor gives the person grieving a chance to process their loss individually or as a family. Learn more >
Ongoing Grief Support Groups
Our Grief Support team is providing grief counseling and support groups online.
